To use bigsmg, you must register a user account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
Each individual may register and maintain only one account on bigsmg. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual (via shared payment methods, IP addresses, devices, or other indicators), we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and confiscate all balances without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify bigsmg immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. bigsmg is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
bigsmg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. bigsmg does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees; these are not controlled by bigsmg.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours. Larger withdrawals or first-time withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time (up to 24–72 hours). You may withdraw funds only to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure. Withdrawal requests that do not meet this requirement may be rejected. bigsmg reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
bigsmg may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum bet limits. These terms are published on the promotion page and must be read and accepted before claiming a bonus.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as a rollover or playthrough requirement). For example, a bonus with a 10× wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 10 times the bonus amount before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type (slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute less).
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors, or using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without risk. bigsmg reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts in cases of suspected abuse.
All bets are considered accepted only when confirmed by bigsmg's system and a unique bet ID is generated. bigsmg reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets placed on obvious pricing errors (palp errors) may be voided.
Bets are settled based on official results as determined by bigsmg. In the case of sports betting, results are based on official league or tournament data. In the case of casino games, results are determined by the game provider's certified RNG or live dealer outcome. Disputes regarding bet settlement are subject to bigsmg's final decision.

bigsmg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your bigsmg account in the six months preceding the claim.
All content on the bigsmg platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the property of bigsmg or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, you may withdraw your remaining balance (subject to verification and wagering requirements).
bigsmg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Reasons for account closure include but are not limited to:
If your account is closed for breach of Terms, bigsmg may void all pending bets, confiscate your account balance, and refuse to process withdrawal requests.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bigsmg is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
